Return Policy



You can return our party game hassle-free for FREE up to 30 days from your order date - we will pay for your return shipping. If 30 days have gone by since your order date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, if you have any concerns about the shipping, packaging, or the game itself, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.

To be eligible for a return, your item may be opened but must not have any damages or missing components (except the outer shrink-wrap). If there is any damage or missing component in the returned item, a restocking fee of up to 50% will be charged and deducted from your refund. Any approved returns that are received by us more than 30 days after the order date (late returns), will have a return shipping cost of up to $6 deducted from their refund.

To initiate your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Email us with your name, order, and refund/return reason for further instructions.



To return your product regardless of the reason of return, email us your request with your name and order number so we can send you the return shipping label and further instructions.

We will pay for your return shipping costs as long as the item is returned within 30 days of the order date. In case of late returns, the cost of return shipping (if paid by us) will be deducted from your refund.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund and if any restocking fee or shipping fee will be deducted from it.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at for further instructions. Exchanged products will only be sent via standard shipping unless you wish to pay for upgraded expedited shipping.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
